Our client is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 3 to 7 years of practice to join their growing legal team. The ideal candidate will provide legal advice to clients, conduct comprehensive legal research, and draft a variety of legal documents, including responses to complaints, discovery requests, and dispositive motions. They will also negotiate settlements and represent clients during depositions and court proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal counsel to clients in personal injury and premises liability.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Represent clients in depositions and court appearances.
Required Qualifications:
- Admission to the State Bar of California.
- Proven experience in personal injury and/or premises liability law.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
